Roots of An-Nakba

The hidden truth of An-Nakba (the Palestinian catasrophe) is presented by the following Aljazeera documentary in two parts, each in approximately 100 minutes.  In spite of the fact that many documents have not been revealed by the British and Israeli governments and continue to this day to be classified as confidential, secret, or top secret for “national security” reasons, available documents that have been uncovered by historians provide a reasonably sufficient overall picture telling the story of An-Nakba.

For those who are interested in knowing the history of the Palestinian Nakba based on the available evidence, this documentary offers a condensed, accurate historic account of the destruction of Palestine, the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, and the establishment of the state of Israel on the ruins of Palestinian society.  The Arabic version of this documentary was posted on August 7, 2010.

One Response to Roots of An-Nakba

  1. Nicolas A. Sayegh says:

Al-Nakba is still on going, due to the Arab position. In 1948 almost all Arab States were under either British or French occupation including Egypt. Now they really don’t give a damn whether a just solution is reached or not…! Why, because they are all profiting from this miserable situation.
